There has been a change in the management of Competo LLC. Thus, the general director of Competo LLC, Igor Bychek, has decided to leave his position as of July 1, 2024. After a successful career at MTBank, Igor joined PASHA Holding LLC in his current position in 2018. He has led the Competo team since its inception and has led the organization to its current level of success in the market by excelling in various product categories.
It is known that he will work in a new position within the organization. But it has not been announced in which position he will be.
From July 1, 2024, Rauf Gulameliyev will serve as the CEO of "Competo" LLC, which directly reports to the CEO of PASHA Ecosystem, Farid Mammadov.
Rauf Gulameliyev brings rich experience to this position. After completing his Master's degree in Corporate Finance, he joined PASHA Holding LLC in 2015 and is currently the head of the Ecosystem Development department. Rauf Gulameliyev participated in the launch of products such as Umico Bonus, Umico market and m10 and played an important role. He was the driving force behind successful partnerships with Uklon, Trendyol and Bakikart. Rauf Gulameliyev is also a graduate of Leading Lights, PASHA Holding's in-house leadership development program.
