Together AI, a company operating in the field of artificial intelligence, has secured $305 million in investment in a Series B round led by General Catalyst. This investment has boosted the company's valuation to $3.3 billion. Prosperity7, Salesforce Ventures, Nvidia, Kleiner Perkins, SE Ventures, Greycroft, March Capital, Cadenza Ventures, and Caotue are among the firms that participated in this funding round.
Based in San Francisco, Together AI offers a cloud platform that enables developers and researchers to train and deploy productive artificial intelligence models. The platform supports over 200 open-source models, including Meta's Llama and China's DeepSeek.
Founded in 2022, Together AI had previously raised funding in a round led by Salesforce Ventures last year, bringing its valuation to $1.25 billion. The popularity of Nvidia's renowned GPUs played a key role in accelerating the company's growth.
According to Together AI, over 450,000 developers are currently active on its platform. Notable corporate clients include Salesforce, Zoom, SK Telecom, Zomato, Hedra, and The Washington Post.
