Janadil Taldıbayev, founder and CEO of CodiPlay, has stepped down to establish and lead a new global company, Paradigm Shift. The new company will develop advanced artificial intelligence (AI) solutions aimed at transforming the public sector.
Under Taldıbayev’s leadership, CodiPlay grew from scratch into an international leader in educational technology, reaching a valuation of $100 million. Currently, CodiPlay operates in 13 countries, serving over 1,200 schools and teaching digital skills to more than one million students. It has been recognized by the United Nations (UN) as a digital public asset.
CodiPlay’s new CEO is Danabek Kaliajdarov, an expert with extensive experience in IT and artificial intelligence.
