Apple crosses $10 billion in sales in India

Apple surpassed $10 billion in annual sales in India for the first time in the 2025–2026 fiscal year. According to Bloomberg, the company's revenue in the 12-month period ending in March grew by double-digit percentage points compared to the previous year's figure of about $9 billion.

The bulk of sales were iPhone models. At the same time, demand for iPad and MacBook devices also increased. This result shows that India has become one of the most promising markets for Apple after the United States and China.

The company continues to expand its retail network in the country. In February this year, a new Apple Store opened in Mumbai, bringing the number of official stores to six. Apple is also expanding its premium reseller network, offering credit card discounts, student discounts and old device return programs in partnership with banks.

India has become not only a sales market for Apple, but also a strategic manufacturing center. iPhones, currently manufactured in five factories operating in the country, play a key role in the company's global supply chain. According to reports, one in four iPhones produced worldwide is currently assembled in India.
