Together AI, a US-based AI cloud infrastructure company founded in 2022, announced on July 1 that it had raised $800 million in a Series C investment round. The investment round was led by Aramco Ventures and values the company at $8.3 billion.
The funding round also included participation from Vista Equity Partners, General Catalyst, Emergence Capital, Nvidia, March Capital, Pegatron and SentinelOne’s S Ventures fund.
Together AI provides cloud infrastructure for AI model inference, fine-tuning, pre-training, and GPU clusters. The company offers both serverless and custom model services.
This investment follows Together AI’s $305 million Series B round in February 2025 at a $3.3 billion valuation and a $102.5 million Series A round in 2023.
According to the company, its annual order book exceeded $1.15 billion in the last quarter. Together AI currently serves thousands of paying clients, including Cursor, Cognition and Decagon.
Experts believe that Aramco Ventures’ leadership of this investment is in line with the fund’s long-term investment strategy in the field of artificial intelligence, which focuses on chips, computing infrastructure, model development and AI applications.
