Bachelors admitted to the master's degree will register for the higher education institutions they will study only through the my.gov.az portal. For this purpose, the relevant service of the Ministry of Science and Education has been launched on the "mygov" platform. Thanks to the service, admitted bachelors will be able to complete the registration process digitally in several steps. Registration will last from August 3 at 15:00 to August 12 at 18:00.
For registration, persons admitted to the master's degree must first log in to their personal accounts on the my.gov.az portal using their mygov ID (single login system). Then, they must select the Ministry of Science and Education from the "Institutions" category of the "Services" section of the portal and switch to the "Registration of students in higher and secondary specialized educational institutions" service provided here.
During registration, bachelors confirm their personal and admission data, enter the required information and send their applications.
Bachelors can track the status of their applications in real time through their personal accounts on the "mygov" platform. If the application is in the "Payment Pending" status, it is possible to pay the tuition fee using the "Pay Online" function or add a document confirming the payment to the system using the "Upload Receipt" option.
After the registration application is checked and approved by the educational institution, the process is considered complete and the bachelor is formalized as a master's student. A notification about the confirmation of registration is sent to the citizen via the "mygov" platform.
