Bolt has introduced a new safety-oriented “Guardian” category in Azerbaijan. As part of this service:
- Specially trained drivers serve passengers,
- In-car cameras are installed,
- Trip agents monitor trips in real time,
- Upon request, both route and video footage are available after the trip.
The company says that “Guardian” is an ideal choice for parents, especially for the safety of their children, women traveling at night or alone, elderly passengers, and professionals on business trips.
This new category is currently active only for Bolt’s Business customers.
