OpenAI has introduced the “Year in Review” feature for ChatGPT users, which presents personalized statistics for the year 2025. Through this new section, users can see how many chats they had with the AI during the year, how many messages they sent, and which images they created.
Currently, this feature is available to users in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. To access the statistics, users need to download the latest version of the app and keep both the Memory and chat history features enabled. By typing “Show me my year with ChatGPT” in the chat section, users can receive their personalized report.
The AI assistant does more than just display numbers — it also offers a virtual “reward” based on the user’s activity throughout the year. Users who did not previously have the Memory feature enabled must allow the system to analyze past data after activating this section.
