Citizens can now obtain permits to visit territories liberated from occupation through the “myGov” platform.

A new service has been launched on the “myGov” platform to further simplify citizens’ access to government services. The “Permit for Travel to Territories Liberated from Occupation” service is now available through the platform. Through this service, citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who wish to travel to these territories by private car can complete the permit process quickly and conveniently.

Previously, these permits were only issued via the “Our Road to Karabakh” portal. Now, the service has been integrated into “myGov.” Users can select the “Permit for Travel to Territories Liberated from Occupation” service under the “Transport” category, specify the destination and travel date, and enter vehicle and passenger information. If the applicant has a registered vehicle under their FIN code, the information will appear automatically; if not, the citizen can manually add the details. Once all information is entered, the user confirms the application using a one-time password (OTP). Citizens can track the status of their permit in the “History” section and cancel it if necessary.

It should be noted that up to nine passengers, including the driver, can travel during the trip. Additionally, the vehicle must have a valid state registration plate.

This and other integrations allow citizens to access essential government services in a unified manner through the “myGov” platform, making digital services more convenient and centralized.
