Individual entrepreneurs and legal entities can now grant indefinite signing authority to other individuals via the "My Cabinet" (*Kabinetim*) section on the sima.az website. This new feature enables entrepreneurs to digitally appoint individuals to carry out tax, customs, banking, and other business operations on their behalf.
To grant this authority, one simply needs to enter the individual's Personal Identification Number (FIN) in the "My Cabinet" section and assign them the appropriate role. The person receiving this authority does not need to be an employee of the entrepreneur's business; entrepreneurs can delegate signing rights to their own employees as well as to other external partners. The primary requirement is that the individual must hold a SİMA business signature certificate linked to the entity's Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN/VÖEN).
The granted authority is indefinite, and the entrepreneur retains the right to revoke it at any time.
