Google introduces screen-less Fitbit Air bracelet like "Whoop"

Google has introduced a new fitness bracelet without a screen - the Fitbit Air model. The starting price of the device is $ 99.99.

The new bracelet can track the user's heart rate, steps taken, blood oxygen level and body temperature. In addition, there is a special mode for analyzing indicators during sleep.

Fitbit Air has a waterproof case and weighs only 5.2 grams. There is no screen on the device - only an LED indicator showing the power level is placed. Notifications and the alarm clock function work through vibration.

According to the company, the bracelet can work up to 7 days after being charged once. The kit includes a magnetic charging device. When the power level decreases, the red indicator lights up and a vibration alert is activated.

Fitbit Air is available in four basic color options for $ 99.99. In addition, a special orange-gray version, developed in collaboration with NBA champion Stephen Curry, costs $ 129.99.

At the same time, the Google Health application was launched. The app, available for iOS and Android, combines the core features of the Fitbit service. Users can track data collected from their bracelets and connect their Google Pixel Watch smartwatches to the app.

The app also features an AI assistant called Health Coach. This service helps users with sleep, exercise planning, and general health questions. The Health Coach feature is enabled with a $10 per month Health Premium subscription.
