KFC and ASUS have launched a limited-edition set of keyboard keycaps featuring the iconic image of Colonel Sanders.
This exclusive 7-keycap set was available only in China as part of a promotional campaign. To get the keycaps, customers had to purchase KFC’s new Wagyu burger at participating restaurants. The keycaps are compatible with Cherry MX stems, making them suitable for most mechanical keyboards.
The campaign was organized in collaboration with ASUS’s gaming brand ROG. Participants had the chance to win various tech prizes and enter a giveaway for a branded “gaming bakery.”
Unfortunately, the promotion was limited to China. However, for those eager to get their hands on the keycaps, there’s still hope — some users have already started selling them on secondary markets.
Now imagine if pressing one of those keys actually ordered a bucket of chicken — that would be next-level.
