Microsoft leader says artificial intelligence should not serve only large corporations

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella shared his strategic vision for the future development of artificial intelligence, emphasizing that this technology should not merely increase the capital of large companies but should also expand the capabilities of users.

Referring to Bill Gates’ perspective, Nadella stated that a platform is truly successful when the economic value it provides to users exceeds the value of the company that created it. He highlighted that modern business models should avoid scenarios where only one party benefits. Instead, outcomes should be positive for everyone, and major technology players should not advance at the expense of others. Microsoft’s partnership ecosystem with companies like OpenAI, Nvidia, and AMD was cited as an example.

Nadella also discussed the new AI center developed in collaboration with OpenAI, which is based on three generations of supercomputers. This extensive infrastructure will serve not only Microsoft’s internal interests but also provide a foundation for other companies to train and deploy their own models.

Finally, Nadella addressed startups, advising them to protect their technological and economic independence. According to him, the true success of the AI era will not be measured by the increase in technology value alone but by the tangible economic benefits it delivers to strategic sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing, and education.
