The admission process for the 3-month paid internship program “ZirvadaSen” implemented by PASHA Bank is ongoing. The program offers young people the opportunity to get to know the real work environment in the banking sector, work on practical tasks and develop their professional skills.
According to the information, participants will gain experience in the fields of finance, marketing, talent management, compliance, law, data analytics, “agile” and digital engineering. In addition, training sessions will be held by bank specialists for 3 months.
Within the framework of the program, participants are provided with a corporate work environment, networking opportunities, career advice and mentoring support. Participants who show high results will be awarded a certificate and will have a chance to get a job at the bank.
According to statistics, the program has also been successful in previous years. Thus, in 2024, 60 people participated in the program and more than 32 of them were employed. In 2025, the number of participants reached 70, more than 30 of whom got a job opportunity at the bank.
The program is open to final year bachelor's students, master's students and graduates of 2024–2025. Candidates are required to have an intermediate level of knowledge of Azerbaijani, English (Russian is considered an advantage), and the ability to work in Microsoft Office programs.
In addition, a minimum of 75% GPA, high communication skills, teamwork, motivation and analytical thinking are among the main selection criteria.
