The State Tourism Agency is launching a new initiative to promote Azerbaijan's tourism potential to an international audience. The agency will promote the country's tourism opportunities through Netflix, one of the world's largest digital broadcasting platforms.
According to the information, preparatory work has begun for the placement of advertising and promotional materials on the platform for this purpose.
Within the framework of the project, the State Tourism Agency will cooperate with the US company Netflix Ads LLC. For this, the company is expected to be paid 510 thousand manat.
The main goal of the advertising campaign is to introduce Azerbaijan's natural beauties, historical and cultural heritage, gastronomy and tourism routes to potential tourists from different countries of the world.
It should be noted that in recent years, Netflix has expanded its subscription packages offered with advertising support and created the opportunity to place advertising on the platform. This allows companies and government agencies to carry out targeted advertising campaigns to millions of users.
