ISTANBUL - Türkiye has launched its Digital Nomad Identification Certificate platform, marking the initial step towards acquiring a Digital Nomad Visa. This innovative platform aims to simplify the application process for digital nomads looking to live and work in Türkiye.
Digital nomads can now apply for a Digital Nomad Visa by visiting a Türkiye Visa center or consulate with the Digital Nomad Identification Certificate obtained through this platform. To obtain the certificate, applicants need to upload specific documents proving their digital nomad status, targeting those aged between 21 and 55.
The platform will carefully review the submitted documents to verify the applicant’s eligibility as a digital nomad. If the documentation meets the requirements, a Digital Nomad Identification Certificate will be issued. With this certificate, applicants can proceed to apply for the Digital Nomad Visa along with other necessary documents at the Türkiye Visa center or consulate.
