Amendments were made to the Law "On State Duty". Tech.az Media reports that President Ilham Aliyev approved the amendment to the Law.
According to the amendment, the state fees levied for the registration of mobile devices brought to the country by an individual for personal consumption have been reduced, with the exception of mobile devices that are formalized by charging customs duty and value added tax when imported by legal entities and individuals for the purpose of sales and other entrepreneurial activities.
Thus, the fee for mobile devices with a market price of no more than 100 US dollars and without photo, video recording and Internet access functions will be reduced from 20 manats to 15 manats, for mobile devices with a market price of up to 100 US dollars, the fee will be reduced from 30 manats to 20 manats, and a market price from 101 US dollars to 200 manats. The fee for mobile devices up to USD 50 to 30 manat, for mobile devices with a market price of USD 201 to USD 400, the fee from 60 manat to 40 manat, for mobile devices with a market price of USD 401 to USD 700, the fee for mobile devices with a market price of USD 401 to USD 700, the fee from 70 manat to 50 manat , the fee for mobile devices with a market price of 701 USD to 1000 USD has been reduced from 100 manat to 70 manat, and for mobile devices with a market price of more than 1001 USD, the fee has been reduced from 150 manat to 100 manat.
The new fees came into force from today.
