Two new deputies have been appointed to the Minister of Digital Development and Transport

Elmin Mammadov and Shahin Babayev were appointed deputy ministers of digital development and transport by the relevant decrees of President Ilham Aliyev.

"Report" informs that the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport has released information about this.

E. Mammadov was born in 1987, in 2005-2009 he received a bachelor's degree in law from Baku State University, in 2009-2010 he received a master's degree in European law from Saarland University in Germany. In 2011-2013, he worked in the General Department of Legislation of the Ministry of Justice, in 2013-2015 in the International Cooperation Department of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers, in 2015-2021 in the Department of Legislation and Legal Expertise of the Presidential Administration, from 2021 to this until his appointment, he worked as the head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

Sh. Babayev was born in 1988, studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2006-2010, specializing in legal regulation of the economy, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He started working at "Sumgait Technology Park" LLC in 2011. He worked at "Azerkosmos" since 2012, until 2021 he worked as the head of the financial department of the institution, until this appointment he was an advisor to the minister of digital development and transport.
