Yango, the taxi ordering service owned by Yango Group, is now available as an official app within ChatGPT. The new feature allows users to plan a route and book a ride directly during a chat.
This update covers more than 25 countries where Yango operates. Thanks to the integration, users can see the exact price for the selected route without hidden fees, compare alternative routes and find out the estimated time of travel (ETA). The system also reduces waiting times by suggesting more optimal pick-up points.
During the ordering phase, the user is redirected to the Yango app or web version and completes the payment securely. This approach eliminates the need to switch between apps, especially for frequent travelers and tourists.
In addition to the web version of ChatGPT, the service is also active in the Android and iOS mobile apps. The company plans to include additional services such as delivery and public transport in this integration in the future.
