Today marks the 3rd anniversary of the establishment of the DOST Digital Innovation Center (DOST RIM), which operates under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
Established on December 17, 2021 by the decision of the Supervisory Board of the DOST Agency, this center aims to make a significant contribution to the more flexible and accessible provision of digital services in the social sphere in our country.
The main directions of DOST RIM's activity are the application and sustainable development of innovative solutions in the fields of information and communication technologies (ICT), information security and project management. By supporting the activities of the Ministry and its subordinate institutions in these areas, the center works to improve the quality of digital governance and ensure the transparency of services provided to citizens.
During its three years of operation, DOST RIM has created a new quality stage in public administration by strengthening relations between state institutions, integrating databases and applying digital solutions. Currently, the center establishes integrated relations with more than 80 institutions, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of information exchange. This integration enables faster delivery of various services to citizens.
DOST RIM's digital services play an exemplary role in automating processes and implementing e-solutions in both the public and private sectors. Thanks to the projects implemented to expand electronic services, digitize documents, and optimize services provided to citizens, the center has become one of the main driving forces in the digital transformation process in the country.
The high international recognition of DOST RIM's activities confirms its success and social impact. In its third year of operation, the center has received more than 30 international awards for its digital social projects. These awards demonstrate that DOST RIM's innovative approaches and solutions meet international standards and are an example for other countries.
DOST Digital Innovation Center will continue to expand its activities in the direction of digitalization and the development of innovative projects in the coming years, contributing to the transformation of our country's social service sector into one of the exemplary models in the world.
