IBA, which is closely involved in reconstruction projects in the liberated territories, is taking another step in this direction. The Bank is establishing its new Call Center in the city of Khankendi.
The purpose of establishing the Center is to ensure uninterrupted communication with clients, transfer some structural divisions of IBA to the regions, as well as support socio-economic development in Karabakh, and increase employment in the region.
At the first stage, 10 employees will work in the Call Center. When hiring employees, preference will be given to former internally displaced persons who have already permanently settled in Karabakh. IBA also aims to support the development of local personnel in the region through such projects. The Call Center will operate in the Khankendi Business Center.
It should be noted that IBA was the first bank to open a branch in Khankendi. Currently, the Bank has branches in both Khankendi and Shusha.
Candidates who want to work in the IBA Call Center in the city of Khankendi can apply for available vacancies here.
Detailed information about IBA's modern, useful and universal products and services can be obtained from the Bank's branches and departments, IBA's official website, Information Center number 937, as well as the Bank's official social media pages.
