Bakcell digitizes customer services with SİMA

Bakcell has integrated SİMA’s digital Know Your Customer (KYC) solution into its customer service operations.

Under the new framework, whenever security verification is required, customer identity confirmation is carried out through SİMA KYC’s advanced facial recognition technology. This innovation enables faster, more secure, and highly reliable identification during number sales at official dealerships as well as across other customer service processes.

The integration is designed to strengthen digital security standards, enhance operational efficiency, and significantly improve the overall customer journey. By enabling paperless document circulation and reducing service time, the solution contributes to a more streamlined and convenient service experience.

Developed in 2023 by AzInTelecom, a company within AZCON Holding, SİMA KYC delivers biometric identification based on facial features, ensuring accurate and secure identity verification. The solution can be applied across a wide range of processes requiring customer authentication.
