Innovation and speed leader “Bakcell” LLC organized an event titled “Towards Diversity with Innovations” at the “Kaşalata” cafe, established by the “Birgə ve Sağlam” Public Association, as part of its strategy to support inclusion. The purpose of the event was to celebrate the partnership between “Bakcell” and the “Birgə ve Sağlam” Public Association and to meet with the young people working at the cafe.
Bakcell CEO Klaus Müller, Corporate Communications Director Aysel Suleymanova, Chairman of the “Birge v Saglam” PU Ayten Eynalova, Chairwoman of the PU’s Parent Advisory Council Natavan Mammadova, and MP Nigar Arpadarai delivered speeches at the event. Representatives from diplomatic missions, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the media sector also attended the event, and a total of about 40 guests attended.
In his speech, Bakcell CEO Klaus Müller emphasized the importance of this initiative for the company in terms of innovation and inclusion: “Innovation is not only about technologies, but also about creating new opportunities for every member of our society. Projects like “Kashalata” reveal the potential of neurodiverse youth, paving the way for their equal integration into society and a bright future. The goal of the “Together and Healthy” Public Union is to support the social well-being of people with neurodiversity and their families. For this purpose, measures are being implemented aimed at integrating people with autism into society, increasing inclusive education and employment opportunities. Currently, 2 Autism Centers operate under the Union. The “Kaşalata” cafe, established at the initiative of the “Together and Healthy” Public Union, is an important social project supporting the employment of young people in need of special care.
