The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the “Criteria for Evaluating the Performance of Officials Responsible for Digital Development and E-Government Implementation.”
Signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, the new decision sets specific standards to measure the performance of officials in state bodies responsible for digital transformation.
According to the decree, these evaluation criteria do not apply to top-tier state bodies, nor to agencies performing security and protection functions (including state bodies ensuring the safety of protected persons, guarded and strategic facilities, as well as entities involved in intelligence and counterintelligence activities).
The decision aims to enhance the efficiency of work carried out in the field of digital development and e-government.
