The country’s largest digital access ecosystem, “digital.login”, has been integrated into the “mygov” application and now operates under the name “mygov ID”, providing services to citizens.
The main advantage of this new digital solution is that it unifies access to both public and private information systems within a single platform — under the umbrella of “mygov.” This means that citizens can now perform key operations related to their “mygov ID” accounts directly through the “mygov” app.
Through “mygov ID,” users can log into public and private information systems using SİMA Signature, Asan Signature, FIN code, and other methods; update personal information; change passwords; and enhance account security by enabling two-factor authentication. Additionally, users can now add and manage their mobile numbers and email addresses directly via the app.
Moreover, “mygov ID” introduces new features such as QR login and cross-application login, allowing users to easily access integrated mobile applications via the “Login with mygov ID” button within the “mygov” app.
It should be noted that “mygov ID” already provides unified digital access to more than 240 public and private institutions’ information systems. The number of “mygov ID” users has surpassed 4.8 million, with an average of over 9 million monthly transactions carried out through the system.
