The integration of the SIMA new generation digital signature into the “Electronic Mortgage and Credit Guarantee” system has been ensured.
It is now possible to use “SIMA Signature” in the system, along with other electronic signature tools. Thus, citizens who want to purchase a mortgage loan or rent an apartment with an obligation to sell can log into the system with the SIMA digital signature, create an electronic cabinet and sign all types of contracts.
It should be noted that this innovation was implemented within the framework of the joint cooperation of the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund with “AzInTelecom” LLC. The aforementioned integration aims to prevent time and additional costs for citizens and increase the efficiency of the services provided.
