The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the resolution “On rates of customs duties on export-import operations”, approved by its resolution dated April 22, 1998.
"Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new resolution in this regard.
According to the resolution, the import of parts and accessories imported for the production of electric energy chargers for electric vehicles, in accordance with the approval document of the Ministry of Economy, is exempted from customs duty. This concerns programmable and non-programmable controllers with memory for second and third level electric energy chargers for electric vehicles.
The resolution will enter into force 30 days after the date of its publication and will be valid until January 1, 2027.
