The service for sending unified tax declarations for entrepreneurs and legal entities has now been provided with “SIMA Signature”. Thus, it has become possible to send the official document intended for entrepreneurs and organizations to submit all tax obligations they must pay to the state budget in a unified form with “SIMA Signature”. It should be noted that through this declaration, the taxpayer provides information about the income and expenses received from his activities and the taxes to be paid are calculated based on this information.
To take advantage of this opportunity, it is enough to select “SIMA Signature” as the login method on the new.e-taxes.gov.az website and scan the QR code provided through the mobile application in the “SIMA Signature” application.
It should be noted that currently, taxpayers have the opportunity to obtain a SIMA digital signature free of charge. To do this, after registering in the “SIMA Signature” mobile application, it is enough to enter the 6AYPULSUZ promo code when obtaining the signature of an individual entrepreneur (legal entity). No subscription fee will be required for the electronic signature for 6 months after registration.
The integration of “SIMA Signature” with the Internet Tax Office began in 2023 and to date, more than 80 tax services have been provided.
