Yandex has launched its new online marketplace, Market, in Uzbekistan. The service is currently operating in Tashkent and parts of the Tashkent region. The platform offers a variety of products, including electronics, home appliances, clothing, and household goods. Orders can be placed via the Yandex Go app or the website, with delivery options including courier service and pickup points.
At launch, 60 pickup locations are available, with plans to expand to 250 by the end of 2025. A “click-and-deliver” service is also available from nearby Lavka mini-warehouses, allowing users to add groceries and daily essentials to their orders for joint delivery.
Delivery to pickup points and through the “click-and-deliver” option is free for all orders. Courier delivery is free for purchases over 1 million Uzbek soms. Payments can be made online by card at checkout or in person by card or cash upon pickup. The platform also supports installment payments via Yandex Split.
This launch follows Yandex’s previous expansions in Uzbekistan, including the sale of smart speakers in 2022 and the introduction of electric scooter rentals in 2024.
