Content creator Nuseir Yassin, known as Nas Daily, has raised $27 million for his new venture, Nas.com, an artificial intelligence platform for individual entrepreneurs looking to start an online business.
Yassin, who quit his job in 2016 to start sharing short, dynamic videos, has amassed a total of nearly 70 million followers on social media. He said he has now turned his attention to a new direction — developing online entrepreneurship.
The Nas.com platform allows users without technical knowledge to start a business. Users upload a photo of the product they want to sell to the system, and the platform’s artificial intelligence automatically creates a logo, description, brand style, and online storefront for that product. In addition, users can create advertising and marketing materials with simple text queries and publish them on social networks.
Yassin believes that the platform will also allow people who are not able to use complex tools or do not have a follower base to find customers. The startup aims to capitalize on the growing trend of businesses operating with smaller teams thanks to artificial intelligence.
According to the company, 3.5 million people have made purchases from businesses operating on Nas.com. The platform’s annual recurring revenue has grown from $1 million to $8 million by 2025, and more than 350,000 businesses are currently using it.
Nas.com generates revenue through a monthly subscription fee (the lowest rate is $6) and a 5% commission on advertising costs on the platform.
The company competes with large platforms such as Shopify and Etsy. Yassin believes that simplicity will be their main advantage.
The funds raised will be used to expand the team, develop the product, and grow internationally.
