Norway built the world's largest solar power plant on the roof of a soccer field

The world's largest vertical panel solar power plant has been installed on the roof of Norway's Ullevål football stadium.
The system includes 1242 vertical solar panels with a capacity of 200 W each. Unlike traditional solar panels, which require a large area and complex infrastructure, vertical panels are easier to install, compact and lightweight. Over Easy Solar claims an installation weight of only 11 kg/m², which makes it possible to install such systems on different types of roofs.
Panels are distinguished by both working sides, which increases their efficiency. Tests have shown that such designs can achieve specific productivity 30% more efficiently.
Despite setting a world record for the size of solar panels, Over Easy Solar is confident that bigger and more ambitious projects will soon be completed.
