OpenAI has introduced a new generation of artificial intelligence model GPT-5.5. The model is available to Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise subscribers on the ChatGPT platform.
According to the company, GPT-5.5 understands user queries faster and can perform many tasks more independently. The model shows high performance in areas such as programming, code editing, data analysis, online search and document creation.
Significant progress has been recorded in areas such as agent-based coding, computer use and scientific research. OpenAI says that the model works more efficiently and produces higher-quality results with fewer resources compared to previous versions.
The GPT-5.5 Thinking version provides faster and more logical answers to complex queries. GPT-5.5 Pro, on the other hand, has been selected in early tests for its more accurate, structured and useful results.
The model will also be available via API in the near future.
