Nvidia will build a new artificial intelligence campus in the Kiryat Tivon area of Israel. After a five-month search, the company chose this location and will pay the government approximately $28 million for it.
With this project, Nvidia will become the first international technology company to own its office space in Israel. The total area of the complex will be 160,000 square meters, making it the largest technology campus in the country.
The center is expected to employ more than 10,000 staff. In addition to office buildings, the area will include parks, restaurants, and shared workspaces. Moreover, the project includes the construction of a dedicated server center and the installation of a high-voltage power line for it.
Construction is planned to begin one year after the planning phase is completed, and the campus is targeted to be fully operational by 2031.
