"digital.login" single sign-on system makes digital services accessible to citizens

In our country, the approach based on citizen-oriented solutions plays a leading role in the formation of digital government mechanisms. As part of this approach, the Innovation and Digital Development Agency launched a new improved version of the "digital.login" platform under the "digital.azerbaijan" brand.
In this version, "digital.login" provides two main functionalities for convenient use of citizens. Citizens first of all get the opportunity to use more than 140 portals integrated into the system through a single login. Another important functionality is that the citizen can manage the authority to consent to the use of the information about him by the institutions. It should be noted that citizens can already use this function on the "myGov" portal.
"digital.login" solution optimizes the user experience of legal entities as well as natural persons (citizens). With citizen consent management, agencies have the ability to conveniently request information based on citizen consent.
All these functionalities open a new page in terms of efficiency and satisfaction in state-citizen relations. Thus, "digital.login" simplifies the 5 existing authentication methods for citizens to use digital services, i.e. citizen's identity recognition, and makes this process more secure. This highly optimizes access to various digital service portals, saving the citizen's time and increasing citizen satisfaction. In addition, the citizen is sure that the information about him is stored in a safe environment, because "digital.login" provides this opportunity with its enhanced security.
It should be noted that "digital.login" can be used by citizens of Azerbaijan over the age of 16, including legal entities. Currently, 3.3 million citizens across the country have "digital.login" accounts. 146 portals of the country have been integrated into the updated system, and improvement of activity in this direction continues.
