This was reported by Shahmar Hajiyahyayev, Head of the Information Security Department of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, at the event "The Future of Financial Cybersecurity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence" held in Baku.
According to him, the Agency is implementing projects aimed at developing digital skills. Shahmar Hajiyahyayev said: We are implementing some programs called "Digital literacy". This is not just about cybersecurity or artificial intelligence. For example, there is an employee of an organization who cannot prepare a correct PowerPoint slide or enter information correctly in electronic document circulation during his work.
He noted that this year the cybersecurity direction has been integrated with that platform. "Using the LMS platform, we have already launched various programs to increase digital literacy in all districts and regions, including the Executive Power bodies. Here, we are trying to create segmentation not only for employees of state institutions, but also for citizens, so that we can apply these programs to different groups," he emphasized.
