"From 2025, Kapital Bank will continue to operate under the Birbank brand."
Marja reports that this was stated by Farid Huseynov, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Kapital Bank OJSC, at a press conference on the results of 11 months of 2024 and plans for 2025.
The Chairman noted that the Kapital Bank brand will not disappear, it will remain as a financial institution and corporate brand:
"You will follow us under the Birbank brand from next year. Our customers will be more Birbank. We want to be more digital and customer-oriented. All our communication and products will be more Birbank-oriented. At the same time, this does not mean that the Kapital Bank brand will disappear, it will remain, and as a financial institution, the name Kapital Bank will be used in official documents. However, our customer-oriented strategy will be under the Birbank brand."
Farid Huseynov added that more than 3 million customers are already using the "Birbank" application.
The chairman of the bank said, "We observe that we are increasingly known under the "Birbank" brand. We will also transfer our branches to the "Birbank" name within 2-3 years."
