A change of management position has taken place at Birmarket, one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Azerbaijan.
Mammadov Samir Sabir oglu has been appointed as the director of Competo LLC, the founder of Birmarket. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PashaPay. It should be noted that both Birmarket and PashaPay are entities within PASHA Holding.
Previously, the head of Competo LLC was Gulamaliyev Rauf Ilham oglu.
The company was established with an authorized capital of 178 million 383 thousand 780 manat and was state registered on February 9, 2018.
It should be noted that the mobile application of Umico, a digital loyalty and payment platform operating in Azerbaijan, will continue its activities under the Birmarket brand from July 1, 2025.
