Starting tomorrow - June 1, 2026, a change in the procedure for submitting electronic trade declarations on the “Smart Customs” platform of the State Customs Committee will come into effect.
According to the new rules, it will no longer be possible to use the “Electronic Trade Declaration” service by logging into the system with an identification number (FIN and password). Citizens will now be able to use the service by choosing one of 3 different types of electronic identification. For this purpose, the fastest and most convenient option among the solutions provided to users is the SIMA digital signature.
Through “SIMA Signature”, users can obtain an electronic signature on a mobile device in a few minutes and securely access customs services without the need for an additional physical carrier. “SIMA Signature”, which works with facial recognition technology, provides users with the opportunity for remote, operational and secure identification.
