The number of citizens using the “mygov” platform has exceeded 2 million

The country’s main digital government platform, “mygov,” has surpassed 2 million users. In 2025, a significant increase was observed in the number of citizens accessing the platform via both web and mobile applications.

Over 1 million citizens registered on the platform this year alone, more than doubling compared to the end of last year. Active users—those who regularly log in and utilize digital services—number 800,000.

Currently, the platform offers more than 400 digital services.

The most frequently used documents this year include identity card information, workplace details, family composition, driver’s license data, and marriage information. The primary methods of accessing these services are through QR sharing and document upload functions. At present, 69 digital documents and data sets are available on the platform. In 2025, usage of these digital resources doubled compared to the same period last year, reaching approximately 2.2 million interactions.

Among the most requested services are criminal record certificates, mobile device registration, family member information, single status certificates, and vehicle use authorizations. A total of 37 government services have been redesigned and digitized, and requests for these services increased more than tenfold compared to the same period last year, exceeding 220,000.

Several key digital functionalities contributed to the growth in “mygov” users. The “mygov ID” feature played a particularly important role, providing citizens with quick and convenient access to government and private sector systems via QR code. In addition, the “Permissions Management” feature allows citizens to control the sharing of their personal data, making the platform more user-friendly, secure, and convenient. Newly introduced features for sending and receiving letters from government agencies have further enhanced the citizen-centered digital service experience.

Through the “mygov” app, citizens can access services such as criminal record certificates, family composition and status information, education and military service records, issuance of authorizations, updates to utility subscriber information, debt and health records, employment certificates, signing employment contracts, permits for travel to liberated territories, bank card payment options, and other digital services. Additionally, life-event services—such as obtaining marriage, birth, and death certificates—are now more accessible through the platform in collaboration with government agencies.

Given the expansion of platform capabilities and improved user experience, this growth trend is expected to continue in the coming periods.
