Ulviyya Mehraliyeva has been appointed Managing Partner and Innovation Events Manager at INMerge Ventures at PASHA Holding LLC.
A new INMerge Venture Capital Fund was established during the INMerge innovation summit organized by PASHA Holding in 2024. The fund was planned to invest in startups from the Caucasus and Central Asia, Central and East Asia, as well as the Middle East and North Africa regions.
Ulviyya Mehraliyeva has held a number of positions at the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan. Since April 2024, she has been the Head of the Strategic Communications Department of the Executive Director’s Office at the Fund. Ulviyya Mehraliyeva also works as a lecturer in project management at ADA University.
In terms of education, she received a master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from ADA University in 2010-2012, and completed a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management at the Academy of Public Administration under the President in 2006-2010.
In 2024, a new INMerge Venture Capital Fund was established during the INMerge Innovation Summit organized by PASHA Holding. No information has been released about the fund’s activities yet.
