Since December 9, 2025, the Wallet service has been launched for Telegram users in Uzbekistan. This is an international crypto wallet directly integrated into the messaging application. More than 27 million users can now buy, send and receive cryptocurrencies using local payment systems without downloading additional software.
The Wallet supports Bitcoin, Toncoin, USDT and more than 200 popular tokens. Transactions are as simple as sending a regular message. According to analysts, this format is especially popular in Uzbekistan, as Telegram covers 88% of Internet users in the country.
The service’s technological partner is Asterium, the country’s largest crypto ecosystem. Wallet supports Humo, Visa and Mastercard cards, provides fast transactions, transparent tariffs and high data security. Asterium CEO Komilhodja Sultonov said that Wallet makes working with crypto assets easy and safe for everyone.
The service is licensed by the National Advanced Projects Agency (NAPPA), which ensures standards for user authentication, data protection and financial fraud prevention.
Andrey Rgozov, founder of The Open Platform (TOP), noted that Uzbekistan’s developed mobile ecosystem and clear regulatory framework make the country an example of a rapid transition to modern financial technologies.
Wallet currently has 150 million users worldwide. The launch in Uzbekistan follows a July 2025 launch in the US, and the service plans to expand to 15 new markets over the next two years.
