What mobile apps are Gen Z using?

Gen Z has the power to use mobile apps. This generation, known as the “mobile-first generation,” makes up about 40% of all mobile users worldwide. We reached out to app data company Appfigures to find out their picks and examine the 50 most downloaded apps by Gen Z this year.

Due to privacy regulations, we were unable to access the information of users between the ages of 13 and 17. The company only shared download statistics for users between the ages of 18 and 24, and since the data is only for US users, it doesn't reflect the full picture. Nevertheless, this information gives an idea of the preferences of the older segment of the generation.
