With a new $9.5 million seed round, Polygraph AI is developing the next generation of AI solutions for enterprise security. The startup’s unique Small Language Models help companies identify AI-based risks, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of enterprise data. The investment will fuel product expansion, research and development (R&D), and a go-to-market strategy focused on enterprise defense and intelligence.
This funding round comes at a crucial time when the AI and cybersecurity industries are intersecting. Organizations operating in high-risk industries are moving away from “black box” cloud-based AI solutions in favor of on-premises, explainable, and auditable AI technologies.
Over the past year, Polygraph AI has demonstrated rapid growth in industries where privacy and compliance are key, such as defense, financial services, insurance, and healthcare. The company’s AI modules deployed locally have been successful in preventing deepfake attempts, detecting insider risks, and providing operational intelligence for critical operations.
