Customers have reported issues with banking services in Azerbaijan, particularly problems with mobile applications. Some banking apps are either not opening or operating very slowly.
Although no official statement has been released regarding the cause of the issue, the situation has led to customer dissatisfaction.
It is worth noting that a few days ago, the Special Communication and Information Security State Service announced that mass DDoS attacks had targeted state information systems. However, it remains unclear whether the current banking issues are related to these attacks.
The issue is expected to be resolved soon. If banks provide official statements regarding the ongoing difficulties, updated information will be shared accordingly.
