Garanti BBVA, one of Turkey’s leading banks, has partnered with Corpowid AI, a provider of 360° digital accessibility solutions covering design, web and mobile platforms, to make its digital platforms more accessible.
As part of the partnership, the bank’s websites and mobile channels are being updated with AI-powered accessibility technologies. The solutions implemented aim to enable users with visual and other disabilities to use banking services more safely, independently and conveniently.
Thanks to the integrated approach covering design, technical and user experience provided by Corpowid AI, Garanti BBVA’s digital platforms are aligned with international WCAG standards and accessibility requirements in Turkey. Accessibility is not a one-time adaptation, but a continuously evolving process.
This partnership is seen as a strategic step towards making Garanti BBVA’s digital banking services more inclusive for everyone.
