Israeli business management platform Monday.com has announced that it is re-engineering its platform with artificial intelligence agents. The company said in a presentation in Singapore on May 7 that non-technical users will now be able to build AI agents for processes such as support, recruitment and purchasing requests.
The update adds one-click integration with Anthropic’s Claude system, Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT. Users will also be able to access various language models via an AI gateway.
According to the company, Monday.com has 250,000 customers worldwide. The company also attributed the new product launch to the weak adoption of artificial intelligence technologies in Singapore. According to a survey by the Singapore Ministry of Labor, the majority of companies operating in the country have not yet implemented AI technologies.
