The management structure of PashaPay LLC, one of the largest electronic money organizations in Azerbaijan, the owner of the m10 and MilliÖn platforms, has been changed.
Thus, the electronic money organization has abandoned the collegial management form and switched to a sole management model. Until now, the chairman of the company's Board of Directors was Samir Sabir Mammadov, and its members were Ilya Losev and Pünhan Narimanov. According to the new decision, Pünhan Narimanov has been appointed executive director of PashaPay LLC.
It should be noted that Pünhan Narimanov is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkic States Fintech Alliance, as well as the deputy CEO of PashaPay LLC and a member of the Board of Directors of the Azerbaijan Fintech Association (AzFina). He previously served as CEO of Komtec LTD, which represents the MilliÖN brand.
It should be noted that "PashaPay" LLC was founded in 2007 and the company has an authorized capital of 73.87 million manat.
