Mighty Buildings - California-based 3D printing construction startup Mighty has received $52 million in investment.

Actio Biosciences - a research startup developing drugs for rare diseases has received $55 million in investment.

Rome Therapeutics - Central Boston-based startup has raised $72 million in Series B funding, bringing its total funding to $149 million. The startup is developing new treatments for cancer and autoimmune diseases.

Pixis - AI marketing startup Pixis has raised $85 million in Series C1 funding led by Touring Capital.

Enfabrica - Enfabrica develops hardware, software and system technologies to address bottlenecks in computing workloads. The startup received an investment of $125 million.
