The first bus with an electric motor was launched on the Baku route.
The information released by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport stated that the electric bus operates on route number 5. The route line covers the direction of "20th area" - "Nariman Narimanov" metro station.
The bus has 33 passenger seats. The bus with a total passenger capacity of 82 people can cover a distance of 350 km with full energy. The vehicle fully meets the requirements of modern passenger transportation.
If we check the compatibility of the electric bus with the existing terrain of Baku city. Based on the results, the possibility of using electric buses in the public transport of Baku city will be evaluated.
