Acceptance of applications for participation in the NETTY2023 National Internet Award in Azerbaijan continues, more than 200 projects have already been submitted.
In 2023, resources under NETTY will be assessed in the following main categories:

• BUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP

• INFORMATION AND NEWS
• CULTURE AND ART
Each nomination consists of three areas: websites, applications and social pages. A winner will be determined in each direction in each nomination.
Currently, 80% of the resources participating in the competition are websites, the rest of the participants are still evenly divided between social pages and applications.
Currently, the most participants are in the "Business and Entrepreneurship" category, and the least participants are in the "Finance, Banking and Fintech" category.
The acceptance of applications from the participants of the competition, the selection of the virtual jury and the formation of the expert council will continue until November 30, 2023 on the website www.netty.az.
Registration of applications is paid. Only applications approved by the organizing committee will receive a link for payment and continue to participate.
From December 1 to 7, voting will be held between the Expert Council and the Virtual Jury, which formed the list of candidates.
On December 8, the NETTY Academy will begin voting to determine the winners from among the nominees.
Participants are evaluated according to the following 3 criteria: idea, content, execution.
The winners of NETTY2023 are officially announced at the awards ceremony. All contest nominees are invited to the event. During the competition, nominees and winners receive diplomas and official NETTY awards, as well as gifts from competition partners. Media and internet audience attention is guaranteed.
There are several ways to be a part of the competition before the voting begins - to become a participant, a member of the virtual jury or an expert of the competition.
"Participants" are users who have registered their web resources, pages in social networks or applications on the website of the award.
"Virtual jury" is formed from internet users. Users registered on the award website using social networks can become members of the jury and participate in the selection of candidates for the competition. The jury selects three candidates from the total number of participants in the "Virtual Jury Selection" category.
"Expert Council" is formed at the personal invitation of the organizing committee of the competition and includes design, programming, marketing, journalism, etc. consists of experts in the fields. The expert council selects three candidates for each of the nominations and each field.
"NETTY Academy" is represented by influential persons working in the state, public and business structures of Azerbaijan. The Academy selects a single award winner for each of the available nominations in each field.
